Security Guard – Fire Guard (P15 & C-99 Required)

City Safe Partners is currently hiring professional and dependable Security Guards with active P15 and C-99 certifications to join our growing team. We are seeking candidates who are customer service-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and the public.

Candidates must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays (Monday–Sunday).

Responsibilities
β€’ Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment
β€’ Enforce safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response protocols
β€’ Patrol premises regularly and monitor surveillance equipment
β€’ Inspect buildings, access points, and equipment to identify and report security risks
β€’ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner
β€’ Prepare detailed incident and activity reports
β€’ Prevent loss and damage by reporting irregularities and policy violations
β€’ Maintain a visible security presence at assigned locations
β€’ Qualifications
β€’ Active NYS Security Guard License (Guard Card)
β€’ Active P15 Certification REQUIRED
β€’ Active C-99 Certification REQUIRED
β€’ High School Diploma or GED required
β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills
β€’ Must speak, read, and write English fluently
β€’ Ability to stand for long periods during an entire shift
