Job Description
We are seeking experienced Journeyman Plumbers for commercial construction and tenant improvement projects throughout the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate will have strong experience installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial plumbing systems, including waste, water, gas, and fixture installations. Candidates must be able to read blueprints, work independently or with a crew, and maintain high standards for safety and quality on active job sites.

Responsibilities:
• Install commercial plumbing systems, including waste, vent, water, and gas lines
• Perform layout, measuring, cutting, and installation of pipe systems
• Install and set plumbing fixtures, valves, and equipment
• Work with materials such as PVC, copper, cast iron, and PEX
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and plumbing schematics
• Test systems for leaks and ensure work meets code and project specifications
• Maintain clean and safe work areas on active construction sites
• Follow OSHA safety standards and jobsite protocols

Requirements:
• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Experience with groundwork, rough-in, and fixture installation
• Ability to read blueprints and perform layout
• Must have basic plumbing hand tools
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience on commercial TI projects
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Experience with commercial pipe systems and code compliance
