Culinarian/Manager will be asked to do the following:
• Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
• Training staff to follow food hall procedures.
• Uphold safety and food quality standards no excuses.
• Treat clients with respect and bring the love everyday.
• Organizing schedules
• Keeping track of productivity every day.
• Ordering food, linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations
• Supervising daily shift productivity.
• Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house food hall stall
• Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
• Appraising staff performance
• Interviewing/recruiting new employees
• Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels

Culinarian/Manager Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree/Culinary Degree a bonus.

· 3-5 years experience in a restaurant management position

· Experience in a high volume setting

· Knowledge about driving sales and meeting financial goals

· Results driven individual with demonstrated record of prior success

· Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and employees
