Job Description
Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is currently seeking Experienced Plumbing Apprentices to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our apprentices perform basic plumbing tasks, assist the Plumbers, and provide exceptional customer service at ALL times by treating customers with the utmost respect and attention. The position will provide on the job training, shadowing, and learning while requiring adherence to workplace procedures, following health and safety guidance, and successfully completing tasks to help you gain further Plumbing licenses/certifications.

What Will I Do?
β€’ Assist plumbers in completing work orders and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
β€’ Organize materials as instructed.
β€’ Unclog and clean sewers and drains for the customer under supervision
β€’ Field duties include operating company vehicle in safe and courteous manner.
β€’ Observe all safety requirements.
β€’ Communicate in a professional manner when in uniform.

Do I have What it Takes?
β€’ Valid Texas drivers license (5 years experience with clean driving record a must)
β€’ Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
β€’ High School diploma or GED equivalent
β€’ Minimum of 6 - 12 months residential service apprentice experience
β€’ Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
β€’ A desire to learn and become a licensed plumber and willingness to study for an exam
β€’ Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
β€’ Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes
