Job Description
Looking for a Plumber/Plumber Helper - Immediate Hire. Full-Time

Responsibilities:
• General plumbing installations and maintenance.
• Group homes, Commercial, Hospitals, Medical, Schools.
• Black pipe, Copper lines, Gas lines, Sprinkler lines.
• Steam & Water Heating lines.
• Boiler and Hot Water Heater installations.
• Sump pumps and Ejector pumps installations.
• Must have knowledge of current NYC Plumbing Codes.
• Must be able to work as part of a team of 2-4 plumbers on one project.
• Must have 5 years + of experience as a plumber / plumber helper in commercial projects.
• Must effectively communicate with others and maintain focus in a busy environment.
• Must be able to work neatly and keep jobsites organized.
• Must be willing to learn.
• Must be fluent in English.

Most projects are located in Staten Island, Manhattan, Queens & Brooklyn.

Qualifications:
• Must have own basic plumbing tools.
• MUST LIVE IN STATEN ISLAND.
• 16-hour NYC Gas Certification is a Plus.
• A valid drivers license is a MUST.
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus.
• Osha-40 is required.
• DEP water valve installation is a plus.
• Experience working in hospitals or medical facility projects is a plus.
• Having own truck for traveling is a plus.
