Job Description
Affiliated with Craft Concepts Group, Mona is a new prospective of modern Mediterranean dining with a taste of night life. Craft Concepts Group is presented by Teddy Sourias and includes BRU Craft & Wurst, U-Bahn, Kontrol, Finn McCool’s Ale House, Uptown Beer Garden, Tradesman’s, White, Pink, and Green Elephant, Sueño, Tinsel holiday pop-up bar, Memories in Margate. The collection of CCG restaurants, bars, beer gardens and pop-up concepts focuses on showcasing and being a driver in the elevation of Philadelphia’s thriving hospitality scene. We are currently looking for all front of house positions including bartenders, servers, host and support staff. Duties for respective roles include but are not limited to:

Bartenders:
• Verifying age requirements
• Provide a fun and welcoming environment for guests
• Product knowledge
• Basic recipe knowledge
• Processing payments, & upkeep of their space
• Cash handling
• Ability to multi task during service
• Strong communications skills
• Craft cocktail knowledge is a must
• Wine knowledge not required but preferred
• Candidate must be friendly, outgoing , well- presented individual flexible schedule; late nights, weekends/holidays

Servers:
• answer questions about the menu and food,
• suggestive selling & up selling
• taking payments & cash handling
• communicating orders with back of house staff
• seating customers & working directly with host staff
• upkeep of the workspace.

Host:
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for patrons from the moment they enter the establishment to the moment they walk out the doors.
• Keep host stand clean and organized
• support bathroom attendant for any needs
• Provide menus
• Take reservations
• Seat guests
• Answer the phone.
• OpenTable experience is a plus
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Support:
• Inclusive position consisting of food running, bussing, & bar backing
• Assisting patrons in locating suitable dining tables
• Setting & re setting tables
• Ensuring that the server stations and bars are adequately stocked
• Assisting the wait staff in delivering food to tables
• Set up, break down & upkeep of the space

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2.83 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
