Summary:

Join the dedicated and professional team at BEST Crowd Management as a Security Officer. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients, premises, and personnel. We are looking for reliable and alert individuals who possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires availability for night shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities:
• Provide a visible and vigilant security presence, patrolling assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure the safety of all individuals present.
• Monitor access points, conduct thorough security checks, and implement crowd control measures as necessary.
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, including but not limited to medical emergencies, disturbances, or unauthorized entry.
• Collaborate and communicate with clients, staff, law enforcement, and emergency services to coordinate security efforts and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports for any security-related occurrences or incidents.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a high standard of professionalism and security effectiveness.
• Use security equipment and technology appropriately and effectively to enhance security operations.

Requirements:
• Be at least 18 years old (age requirement to comply with local regulations).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (some college education is preferred).
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with diverse individuals.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by work schedules.
