Overview
The Cafe Attendant will be responsible for maintaining Flo's Cafe. Service will include taking guest orders, providing coffee service and continental food offerings, providing refreshment smoothies, utilizing club service standards, anticipate and monitoring guests’ needs and ensure satisfaction. The Barista will maintain top level product knowledge, knowing all aspects of the menu and beverage offerings.

Responsibilities
• Cafe Attendant service at Fitler Club will require elevated service knowledge and skill, consistently following the sequence of service utilizing proper procedures and standards
• Providing guests exceptional service throughout all phases of their experience at the club while commanding full menu knowledge and preparation methods of both food and beverages, including specials and 86’d items
• Working as a team, effectively communicating with management and co-workers
• Knowledge of Fitler Club events and programming
• Responsible for checking and replenishing The Goods daily, and posting charges to guest folios in a timely manner and prior to departure
• Answer all phone calls promptly and knowledgeably, always ensuring complete and accurate information
• Develop familiarity with members and their families, learning and using member names
• Consistently following the Club’s Guest Service procedures and standards while assisting guests at all reception locations
• Complete all items on appropriate (AM, PM, Overnight) checklist and daily cleaning by end of shift
• Perform all other duties asked of by management

Qualifications
• Minimum of six (6) months experience in high-end restaurants, hotel or club environment
• Well-versed and able to speak before large groups
• Must possess a positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure as a team
• Must be self-motivated, polite and energetic
• Most work tasks are performed indoors, some outdoor will be required
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks and physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment as well as delicate china and glassware.
