Job Description
Job Summary

As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will work in demanding and fast-paced environments, including medical centers, residential buildings, government facilities, hospitality venues, and public events. Your mission is to protect people, information, and property while delivering high-end customer service. You will represent the frontline of our security services.

F/T: Monday - Friday: 40 hours

P/T: Saturday & Sunday: 16 hours

Job Duties / Essential Functions

Deliver high-end customer service

Respond to emergencies

Deter and prevent crime

Perform ingress/egress control procedures

Investigate incidents

Complete daily logs and incident reports

Conduct regular walking or vehicle patrols

Build and maintain professional rapport with clients, guests, and co-workers

De-escalate conflicts

Monitor CCTV cameras

Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills / Qualifications

Current and valid driver's license - Preferred

High school diploma or GED

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficient time management skills

Reliable transportation (Public or Private)

Excellent de-escalation skills

Must pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening, and OPS training requirements

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

Ability to work under stress/pressure

Ability to lift 25 pounds
