Responsibilities:

Where You'll Make an Impact
• Main duties include greeting customers as they arrive at the facility and thank them for their patronage upon departure.
• Should a party have special needs or request accommodations, the host ensures the group's requirements are met.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the State Gaming Agency.
• Answers the phones and taking messages/reservations.
• Maintaining an accurate wait when necessary.
• Occasional bussing of tables when needed to expedite efficient seating of waiting guests.
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the venue, the brand and the company.

Qualifications:

Skills You Will Need to Succeed
• Must be RAMP certified.
• Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Reading and writing abilities are frequently utilized, often when recording and reviewing reservations and table assignment system.
• Must be able to read, review and understand seating charts.
• Basic mathematical skills are used frequently.
• High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent work experience in a high volume, service focused environment.

• Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaning
• Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels
• Use of going up and down stairs multiple times per day and elevators
