Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Responsibilities
β€’ Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites and commercial buildings
β€’ Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts
β€’ Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to complete installations and repairs efficiently
β€’ Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols
β€’ Conduct remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and integrating new systems into existing structures
β€’ Troubleshoot plumbing issues by diagnosing problems using mechanical knowledge and schematic diagrams
β€’ Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC specialists, and other trades to ensure seamless project progress

Requirements
β€’ Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of construction site procedures
β€’ Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
β€’ Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
β€’ Knowledge of HVAC systems and general mechanical principles related to plumbing installations
β€’ Experience with remodeling projects, assembly work, handyman tasks, and working on commercial sites is preferred
β€’ Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climb ladders or scaffolding, and work in confined spaces safely
β€’ Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience is a plus
β€’ Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in schematic interpretation and system troubleshooting
