Job Description
Pay: Up to $32/hour (approx. $2,000/week with overtime)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (10-hour shifts), Saturday (5-hour shift)
Duration: 3–4 Months
Start Date: Monday, April 13
Per Diem: Lodging provided + $30/day

Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Conveyor System Welders with strong stick welding and fabrication experience for a commercial installation project in Dalton, OH. This role involves working on the installation of an overhead twin-track conveyor system at elevated heights, requiring precision, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:
• Perform stick welding on conveyor system components
• Assist with installation of an overhead twin-track conveyor system
• Weld and fabricate structural supports at approximately 10-foot elevation with a 12-foot support structure
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and welding specifications
• Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the installation team to complete the project on schedule

Requirements:
• Proven experience with stick welding (SMAW)
• Must provide proof of previous weld testing or current certification
• Strong fabrication and structural welding experience
• Comfortable working at heights
• Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
• Reliable transportation

Tools & PPE:
• Must bring basic hand tools for welding and conveyor installation
• Required PPE includes welding hood and all standard safety gear
