Job Description
Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with sheet metal experience to join our production team. This role involves performing high-quality welding work, supporting production operations, and contributing to an efficient and organized manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform TIG welding on sheet metal components in accordance with production schedules and quality standards
• Support the Lead Welder by assisting and guiding junior welders to meet production objectives
• Operate welding equipment and other production machinery safely and efficiently
• Inspect in-process and completed parts to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements
• Handle and move raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods using pallet jacks or manual methods
• Count, verify, and document completed production orders
• Label, mark, and stage parts to ensure proper identification and traceability
• Track material movement from WIP to finished goods using ERP or production tracking systems
• Stage products based on completion status and production schedules
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies within the production area
• Assist in maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe production workflow

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of TIG welding experience, specifically with sheet metal
• At least 1 year of experience supporting production operations in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of welding fundamentals, fabrication standards, and quality control requirements
• Ability to help coordinate workflow and support team productivity
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Experience with ERP or production tracking systems is preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
