Position: Shipping & Receiving Associate (Order Picking & Packing)

Overview

Position Overview:

We are a fast-paced beauty products manufacturer based in Los Angeles seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in order picking and packing, who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all shipping and receiving operations.
Responsibilities
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
• Organize and stock products in appropriate warehouse locations
• Prepare shipping documents and labels using warehouse software
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping and receiving areas
• Conduct routine inventory checks and report discrepancies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in order picking and packing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
• Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and inventory systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Know how to use a computer for Data Entry
• English reading and writing
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
