Job Description
Fulfillment (Pick/Pack) Associates

We are looking for Fulfillment (Pick/Pack) Associates to work collectively and cooperatively as part of a team ensuring quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and quality. The successful candidates will be reliable and punctual and able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive and lift up to 50 lbs. Ideally, our Fulfillment Associates will have effective communication skills and a positive and flexible attitude.
Job Summary
• Pick and pack orders with consistent speed and accuracy
• Willingness to learn databases and inventory systems
• Convert sales and print invoices to prepare for picking
• Complete box assembly, packing, and labeling
• Manually take inventory of stock and restock supplies while maintaining high attention to detail
• Rotate stock and ensure area is clean, maintained, and up to date in accordance with the regulatory requirements
• Flexible and cooperative to meet changing and unexpected deadlines. This may include, but is not limited to, being willing to work overtime which may not be scheduled or anticipated in advance.
• Consistent, regular, and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts
Schedule
• Monday - Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm with fluctuating overtime as needed
