Responsibilities:
• Responsible for checking and packing of food and goods according to DO & CO and airline specifications.
• Ensures correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed and assigned correctly in a timely manner.
• Packs and checks aircraft galley equipment to ensure all are adhering to airline guidelines.
• Assists in setting up trays, preparing and packaging food.
• Conducts physical counts and pack additional equipment or products.
• Reports problems with the food safety management system to the supervisor and the hygiene and food safety team and complies
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
• Assists with airside operations under the direction of the flight coordinator and performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

• Able to manage through a substantial workload
• Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Able to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
