Location: Midwest U.S. (Data Center Project)
Pay: $40/hr + $150/day PER DIEM
Schedule: 6x10s (60 hrs./week)
Duration: 2-Year Project

Kodiak is hiring a Licensed Master Plumber for a large-scale Data Center construction project in the Midwest. This PER DIEM opportunity is open to candidates from any of the lower 48 states.

We offer steady, long-term work, premium per diem, and license reciprocity assistance — Kodiak covers all fees to reciprocate your license to Iowa if needed.

What You’ll Do:
• Install and test plumbing systems in new industrial/commercial construction.
• Supervise or guide apprentices/journeymen.
• Ensure code compliance and maintain safety standards.

What You Bring:
• Master Plumbing License from any U.S. state.
• Industrial/commercial construction experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

What You Receive:
• $40/hour PLUS $150/day PER DIEM
• Work all 6 days, get 7 days of per diem pay
