Hiring: Cleaning Lead – Experience Required | Driver’s License Needed

Sammis Cleaning Services is looking for an experienced Cleaning Lead to join our growing team! We specialize in short-term rental (Airbnb) cleanings in the DFW area, and we need a reliable leader to oversee operations, ensure quality, and manage our cleaning staff efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams to maintain high-quality standards
Train and support staff to ensure consistency and efficiency
Conduct quality checks to guarantee client satisfaction
Manage supplies, and workflow for multiple properties
Assist with hands-on cleaning with your team

Requirements:

Previous experience in a cleaning management or supervisory role
Hands-on cleaning experience (Airbnb/STR cleaning)
Valid driver’s license
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Mandatory to work Saturday and Sunday
