ONE HOLDING is hiring CDL Class A TEAM Drivers for dedicated routes– Pay $2,800–$3,500

PAY MATCH GUARANTEE

Positions:

TEAM OTR DRIVERS (PRIMARY FOCUS) (Mile Pay Partners)
• $2,800–$3,500+ per driver per week
• Up to $0.90 CPM based on experience
• $5,000 sign-on and loyalty bonus (conditions apply 104 weeks)

Owner Operators and Lease Operators
• Just 12% Dispatch Fee
• Freightliner Trucks
• Walk-away lease (no purchase obligation)
• Consistent dry-van freight

SOLO DRIVERS (TRAINER ROLE ONLY) (Limited availability)
• Up to $0.65 CPM
• Remain solo — no one drives while you sleep
• Trainer role with structured safety guidelines

Routes & Freight
• 32-state operating network
• No mountain states: CO, MT, WY, UT, NV, ID, ND, SD, NE, KS, IA, ME
• WA / OR / CA optional (driver preference)
• No forced dispatch
• Dry van, lightweight freight

PAY TYPE:
• 1099 position
• Weekly direct deposit

Requirements
• Main driver: 12+ months CDL-A experience
• Co-driver: 6+ months CDL-A experience
• No DUI or reckless driving
• Maximum 1 preventable accident for last 3 years
• Must pass road test and DOT drug test
