Job Description
We are always seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our award-winning team as bussers at Pequod's Pizza Chicago, rated number one in the country. As a busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and organized dining environment for our guests, supporting the front-of-house team, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant. Responsibilities:
• Clear and reset tables efficiently and promptly after guests have finished their meals, ensuring a clean and tidy dining environment for incoming guests by transporting dishes to bus tub, tray or dish room.
• Restock products and supplies as needed in service stations, on the dining floor and behind the bars maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Assist servers and other team members as needed, such as running food, refilling beverages, and delivering additional items to tables.
• Monitor dining areas for cleanliness and address spills, debris, and other maintenance issues promptly.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles regularly to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Provide assistance to guests as needed, such as directing them to restrooms or answering questions about the menu.
• Collaborate with servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to uphold food quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, lift, and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests.

Compensation: $11.02 per hour + tips - with the opportunity to earn a competitive income through generous server tip-outs.
