Duties
• Prepare a variety of food items following established recipes and safety standards to ensure quality and consistency.
• Operate POS systems such as Toast POS and Square POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist with food handling, serving, bussing tables, and managing food inventory to support seamless operations.
• Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as food prep, cashiering, and customer engagement with enthusiasm.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments such as quick service restaurants, cafés, or retail food outlets is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Toast POS or Square POS is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures preferred but not required.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience working in a restaurant or retail environment within the food industry is a plus.
• Driver License preferred but not required
