Job Description
The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing excellent customer service while safely transporting customers from one area of the facility to another. *Must have a valid CA Class B driver license and clean driving record. Must be 23 or older.*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
β€’ Transport passengers to various locations throughout the facility in a shuttle
β€’ Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with both customers and employees
β€’ Provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
β€’ Welcome and acknowledge all customers according to company standards; anticipate and address customers’ needs and thank customers with a genuine appreciation
β€’ Control traffic to ensure a smooth flow at all times, while ensuring pedestrians are safe
β€’ Verify the necessary supplies at the start of each shift
β€’ Monitor and maintain safety, security and cleanliness of parking areas
β€’ Arrive in complete uniform before and during scheduled shifts
β€’ Must work with or without supervision
β€’ Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
β€’ May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks
β€’ Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Minimum Job Qualifications:
β€’ Must have Class B license with passenger endorsements
β€’ High school degree required
β€’ Must be 23 or older (requirement for individuals transporting passengers)
β€’ Have and maintain a valid California driver's license
β€’ Must be able to provide a valid/acceptable driving record with no more than 2 points
β€’ Willingness to undergo a background screening
β€’ Must be able to bend and squat frequently
β€’ Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 25 lbs

Knowledge:
β€’ Customer service- Must be able to communicate in English, provide courteous and friendly service and deal with unsatisfied customers
β€’ Problem Solving- Ability to solve a problem when a Supervisor/Manager is not present
β€’ Ability to read and comprehend verbal and written correspondence
β€’ Transportation- Knowledge of the principles and methods of moving vehicles
