United Protective Services is looking for a full time Security Officer Rover with open flexibility.

Ideal candidates are available to work any shift with a changing schedule. Special Response Officers get the benefit of higher pay than regular Officers but need to have an open availability to work a changing schedule from week-to-week. Special Response Officers work at a variety of client sites to fill in for call-offs, vacations, and open schedules.

Must be able to conduct constant foot patrols and have a high customer service personality.

The candidate will provide security detail as outlined in the post orders and establish working relationships with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments. Security personnel will always perform job duties with a constant awareness of surroundings, making note of all activity that takes place in the assigned area. Security Officers must maintain a professional image and always demonstrate excellent customer service.

Job Duties
• Immediate response to open shift coverage when dispatched by the management team.
• Engage in conflict resolution on site
• Assists client with duties as assigned.
• Maintains daily activity logs in accordance to post orders.
• Creates incident reports for unique incidents on site.
• Observes and reports all suspicious activity in accordance with post orders.
• Ensures all United Protective Services equipment is well maintained and accounted for before, during and after each shift.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work outside in the elements.
• Additional job duties may be assigned, as necessary.
