Responsibilities:
• Safely operate tractor-trailers with automatic transmissions across designated routes while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Load, secure freight.
• Deliver a variety of cargo including refrigerated goods, flatbed loads, and general freight to multiple destinations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT standards.
• Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while optimizing fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status, delays, or issues encountered on the road. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, load details, and delivery documentation in compliance with federal regulations.

Skills:
• Proven experience in truck driving with a valid CDL Class-A license.
• Experience operating refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, dry vans is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of freight handling including load & unload procedures and securing cargo properly if you pull a flatbed.
• Ability to perform detailed vehicle inspections and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
• Excellent route planning skills with an emphasis on safety and efficiency. Solid understanding of commercial driving regulations and safety standards to ensure compliance at all times.
