Job Description
MaidThis is looking for experienced residential cleaners in LA. Cleaners who work with us full-time can earn $3,500–$4,500/month — cleaning occupied homes for repeat clients on a schedule they control.

This is not hotel housekeeping. This is not Airbnb turnover work. This is recurring residential cleaning — the same homes, the same clients, week after week.

Why people who work with us stay:
• You set your schedule — work the hours that fit your life
• Recurring clients mean steady, predictable income
• Tips go directly to you, every time
• MaidThis handles bookings, payments, and customer communication
• 30+ locations nationwide — we know how to support independent cleaners

What we're looking for:
• Experience cleaning occupied residential homes (privately or for a company)
• Reliable transportation to get to clients in your area
• Consistent, reliable availability — clients depend on it
• Good communication — with clients and with the MaidThis team

Heads up: If your experience is mostly hotel housekeeping or vacation rental turnover, this is a different type of work — residential home cleaning requires a different approach and client relationship.
