The Patient Concierge at Orland Park is responsible for ensuring that exam rooms are maintained and appropriately checked out, managing patient check-ins, and performing electronic record documentation tasks including scanning. This role supports multiple clinical activities and clinics, providing personalized navigation services by escorting patients throughout their visits to enhance their experience. Moreover, the Concierge evaluates data to identify opportunities for service improvements, acting as a patient advocate and an information resource.

The position demands proficiency in using multiple computer applications to manage appointment scheduling, revenue cycle activities such as insurance verification, pre-certification, authorization, and collections.
