Order Picker Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Use RF scanners or pick tickets to locate inventory
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
• Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage
• Prepare orders for shipping and staging
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:
• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Basic math and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
