The Armed Security Field Trainer serves as the direct liaison between office and field personnel. Great communication skills are paramount to the success of this position, as teaching is the central mission and objective. Standard site audits will be conducted daily, and compliance may assume a post in the event of an unscheduled absence. Compliance Instructors set the standard, and embody the principles that represent the company to all that they encounter. The successful will have a good driving record and enthusiasm for teaching others.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the security team, ensuring that all security protocols and procedures are followed correctly.
• Supervise and train security personnel, including new hires.
• Substitute posts in the event of unscheduled absences.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security incidents, and investigations.
• Review daily activity reports and incident reports on a daily basis.
• Receive, document, and escalate Security Officer questions and concerns.
• Provide ongoing documented field training for new and existing officers.
• Ensure every new officer is visited at least once per shift for the first week of their employment. Answer telephone calls, take messages, answer questions, and provide information as needed, referring and escalating issues to the appropriate resources as needed.
• Respond to and report all emergency situations during your shift.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities as required by the Company, such as equipment or property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Company.
