Our client is seeking highly skilled and certified Advanced Welders to join their structural fabrication projects. This is a critical hands-on role requiring expertise in various welding techniques and a meticulous attention to detail to ensure the integrity and quality of fabricated structures. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading blueprints, understanding material specifications, and executing precise welds according to industry standards. You will work with a variety of metals and welding processes to construct complex components and assemblies. Safety is paramount in this role, and adherence to all safety protocols is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities: Perform welding operations using various methods, including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored Arc Welding. Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements. Select appropriate welding equipment, filler materials, and welding techniques based on project needs. Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, and deburring.
