Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning of ingredients to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation during busy service times, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures diligently to ensure perfectly cooked dishes every time.

Requirements
• Previous experience working as a grill cook or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or food industry setting.
