Job Description
Chick-fil-A is seeking Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations including customer service, food preparation, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness during both day and night shifts. Team Members may work in the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, or kitchen depending on shift needs. Responsibilities include taking customer orders, operating the register, preparing food items, assembling orders, working the drive-thru, restocking supplies, cleaning tables and kitchen areas, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Day shift employees typically focus on lunch operations and customer service, while night shift employees assist with dinner service, cleaning, restocking, and closing duties. This position typically pays $13 to $18 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, night shift differential pay, holiday pay, and performance-based raises depending on location and experience.

Team Members are responsible for providing friendly customer service, preparing food according to company standards, operating kitchen equipment, assembling orders, working as part of a team to keep the restaurant running efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. Night shift employees may also assist with closing procedures, cleaning equipment, restocking inventory, and preparing the restaurant for the next business day.
