We're hiring immediately! Do you take pride in safe driving and providing a welcoming experience for customers? If you're a CDL-licensed driver who enjoys interacting with people and helping make their journey smoother, join the Avis Budget Group team as a Courtesy Bus Driver at our airport locations.

In this role, you'll be one of the first and last impressions our customers have-playing an important part in creating a positive, stress-free rental experience.

What You'll Do:

You will transport customers safely and efficiently between the airport terminal and our rental car facility. This includes greeting customers, assisting with loading and unloading luggage, communicating route information and stop details, and sharing next steps in the rental process.

You'll use strong customer service skills to create a friendly, professional environment while following all safety procedures, driving standards, and DOT requirements to ensure a comfortable and reliable ride.

What We're Looking For:

Valid U.S. Commercial Driver's License (CDL) (Chauffeur license may be required depending on location)
Previous professional driving experience
Ability to obtain DOT medical clearance
Strong customer service and communication skills
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit, stand, enter, exit, and drive a bus for prolonged periods
Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
6 months customer service experience is a bonus
