Master Plumber – Leadership Role with Equity Opportunity

We are a growing, hands-on construction and real estate company seeking an experienced Master Plumber to join our team in a leadership capacity. This is a unique opportunity to become a key player in a small but rapidly expanding company, with a clear path toward long-term ownership.

After two years of successful performance and alignment with company goals, this role offers participation in a creative build-out equity program, allowing you to earn an ownership stake in the business.

This position requires daily travel to multiple job sites, where you will oversee, manage, and actively execute plumbing work across a variety of residential and light commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Install & Execute:
Perform high-quality installation of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and fixture installation, ensuring all work meets code requirements and company standards.
• Maintenance & Repairs:
Diagnose issues and repair existing plumbing systems efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring long-term functionality.
• Project Oversight:
Take ownership of plumbing operations across job sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and up to quality expectations.
• Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and coordinate on-site team members and subcontractors, fostering accountability, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.
• Planning & Coordination:
Organize materials, tools, and labor needs in advance; collaborate with project managers and other trades to maintain workflow and timelines.
• Customer Interaction:
Communicate clearly with clients, homeowners, and partners; provide a professional, solution-oriented experience that builds trust and repeat business.
• Code Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all plumbing work complies with local codes and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and organized job site at all times.

Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
• Active Master Plumber license (or ability to obtain in the local jurisdiction of Philadelphia)
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems (new construction, rehabs, and service work)
• Proven experience leading crews or managing job sites
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
