ABOUT US
We are an iconic, nationally recognized upscale Spanish restaurant group celebrating authentic Andalucian cuisine and hospitality across two distinct Philadelphia-area locations β€” the Main Line and Center City. Founded by a celebrated award-winning chef, our brand has been a cornerstone of the Philadelphia dining scene since 2005 and is synonymous with elevated experiences, vibrant Spanish culture, and unforgettable private events.

With multiple dedicated private event spaces across both locations β€” accommodating groups from intimate dinners to buyouts of 140 guests β€” we host a rich portfolio of corporate dinners, social celebrations, rehearsal dinners, milestone events, and full restaurant buyouts.

OUR EVENT SPACES

Main Line Location:
- Multiple semi-private and private spaces
- Seated events: up to 75 guests
- Standing receptions: up to 100 guests
- Outdoor garden spaces available
- Full A/V capabilities

Center City Location:
- Intimate private dining room: 24 seated
- Semi-private lounge: up to 46 guests
- Combined private spaces: up to 60 guests
- Full restaurant buyout: up to 140 guests

THE ROLE
A high-impact, revenue-generating position for a well-connected hospitality sales professional who brings an existing book of business and the drive to grow it aggressively across both locations.

- Prospect, develop, and close new private event business β€” corporate dining, milestone celebrations, social events, wedding-related events, and full restaurant buyouts
- Cultivate and maintain active relationships with Main Line–area businesses, corporate accounts, local chambers of commerce, hotel concierge networks, and event planning professionals
- Tap into the broader Greater Philadelphia hospitality ecosystem β€” including hotel sales teams, CVB contacts, and corporate travel managers β€” to capture inbound event business
- Manage the complete event sales cycle from inquiry through execution, working in close partnership with culinary and FOH operations teams
- Utilize Tripleseat (our event management platform) and maintain an organized, accurate pipeline with regular reporting to leadership
- Represent the brand at community events, chamber functions, and industry networking gatherings to continuously build the pipeline
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly private event revenue targets across both locations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5+ years of event sales or private dining sales experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue
- Demonstrated book of business in the Main Line and/or greater Philadelphia market β€” corporate, social, or both
- Active, established relationships with local chambers of commerce, hotels, corporate accounts, or event planners strongly preferred
- Polished communicator and presenter with a consultative, guest-first sales approach
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across two locations
- Experience with Tripleseat, OpenTable, or comparable event/reservation management software a plus
- Must reside in or near the Main Line area; regular in-person presence required at both locations

COMPENSATION
$60,000–$70,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
+ lucrative performance-based commission structure
