The Road Supervisor serves as an extension of the Security Operations office and leadership team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring consistent quality of service across all contracted client sites within the designated region. The Road Supervisor conducts site tours, evaluates officer performance, ensures compliance with company and client standards, and supports operational continuity by filling posts when necessary. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead by example.

HIRING ROAD SUPERVISOR

PAY RATE: 18.00hr

Key Responsibilities:
• Site Inspections & Officer Compliance
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled tours of all client sites within the assigned region.
• Inspect on-site security officers to verify:Uniform compliance
• Valid security license/credential possession
• Knowledge of post orders, duties, and client expectations
• Evaluate officer performance and provide real-time coaching as needed.
• Post & Equipment Inspections
• Inspect client sites to ensure all company- or client-issued equipment is present and fully operational.
• Document any malfunctioning, missing, or damaged equipment.
• Report issues to the appropriate department or personnel for repair, replacement, or corrective action.
• Training & Site Familiarization
• Maintain full working knowledge of each site's requirements, expectations, and operational procedures.
• Complete training at all assigned sites to ensure familiarity with unique client needs and officer responsibilities.

Operational Support:
• Provide post coverage when last-minute call-offs or staffing shortages occur to ensure continuous and uninterrupted security coverage.
• Respond to incidents or emergencies as needed and assist officers with de-escalation, reporting, and situational management.
• Disciplinary & Leadership Duties
• Administer corrective actions when officer infractions occur, in accordance with company policy and leadership guidance.
• Document and report all disciplinary interactions accurately and professionally.
• Serve as a leadership presence in the field, reinforcing expectations, standards, and organizational values.

Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare accurate and timely reports of site visits, officer inspections, equipment issues, and incidents.
• Ensure all documentation meets company and client reporting standards.

Qualifications:
• At least 21 years of age or older
• Prior supervisory or security leadership experience preferred.
• Valid security license/guard card as required by state law.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
