Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Specialist to maintain a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment across residential and commercial spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services that meet the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness. Responsibilities
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
• Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens, and laundry services
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness by following established procedures for janitorial and custodial work
• Manage trash removal and recycling processes efficiently to uphold hygiene standards
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are well-maintained and properly stored
• Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning activities

Experience
• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with a strong understanding of janitorial practices
• Familiarity with floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning methods
• Experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial roles is highly desirable
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and procedures for maintaining hygienic environments
• Prior work involving laundry services or housekeeper responsibilities is advantageous
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and carpet extractors
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward client interactions
