Duties Include: (but not limited to)

ยท Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules

ยท Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on the organization's needs.

ยท Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security

ยท Warn violators of premise rules and regulations

ยท Knowledge of security operations and procedures

ยท Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes

ยท Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

ยท Perform security patrols of external and internal areas of locations.

ยท Monitor surveillance and security alarm systems.

ยท Provide assistance to business owners in emergency situations.

ยท Keep detailed logs and records of incidents at assigned locations.

ยท Other duties assigned by Central Security Management

Qualifications:

ยท Valid PERC card

ยท Previous experience as an Un-armed Security Guard is preferred

ยท High school diploma/GED

ยท Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures

ยท Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability

ยท Ability to operate surveillance equipment

ยท High level of integrity and professionalism

ยท Attention to detail and strong observational skills

ยท Ability to work without direct supervision

Schedule:
Available shifts include evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Must be flexible and dependable
