CO-OP Restaurant & Lounge, located within The Study at University City, is seeking energetic and service-oriented Restaurant Support team members to join our front-of-house team. This role supports overall restaurant operations by assisting servers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a seamless, efficient guest experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering attentive and guest-focused service.

Responsibilities
• Support servers by efficiently clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests accurately and promptly.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations.
• Complete side work throughout the shift, including polishing glassware and silverware, restocking supplies, and maintaining par levels.
• Assist the host team with greeting and seating guests as needed.
• Support room service delivery and to-go orders.
• Maintain awareness of VIP guests and special requests.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.

Fundamentals
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English required; a second language is a plus.
• Ability to lift or carry items up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
