Job Description
Position is in Mayville, WI. Per diem available if 60+ miles away.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure product quality, workmanship, and process compliance in alignment with company manufacturing objectives
• Follow all safety guidelines, monitor proper use of safety devices, and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Maintain compliance with company policies, work rules, and regulations
• Perform all welding operations in accordance with required methods, processes, and certifications
• Operate and set up automated and robotic welding cells, including restarting equipment following minor faults
• Operate and set up resistance welding equipment
• Interpret welding specifications and engineering drawings and perform weld inspections and evaluations
• Troubleshoot welding processes, automated fixtures, and welding machinery as needed

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related welding or production role preferred
• Ability to read prints and welding specifications
• Proficient in using measurement tools and maintaining quality inspection records
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all required welding certifications for the department
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
