Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dallas, TX for an Operations Excellence Coach. In this role, you will work closely with operational teams to analyze and enhance restaurant performance. Key responsibilities include providing guidance on operational standards, developing and delivering training programs, and supporting team members to achieve business goals. You will also be monitoring compliance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.

β€’ Demonstrated ability in training, coaching, and mentoring teams
β€’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence
β€’ Proficiency in performance assessments, compliance monitoring, and process optimization
β€’ Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills
β€’ Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
β€’ Experience with hospitality or restaurant management software is a plus
β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
β€’ Flexibility to travel as needed to provide on-site support and coaching
