Shift
1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing

Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and Inconel components

Work from blueprints, weld specs, and method sheets to complete assemblies

Inspect welds for quality and ensure they meet strict aerospace standards

Fabricate, repair, and assemble components as needed

Monitor welding processes to prevent distortion or defects

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

Strong TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications

High attention to detail and quality control

Experience mentoring or training others is a plus

Interview Process

Candidates will complete an onsite welding test as part of the interview to demonstrate skill level and precision

Trade school or welding certification preferred

Pay Details: $24.00 to $35.00 per hour
