Duties
• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled menu items with precision and consistency, ensuring each dish meets quality standards.
• Assist in menu planning by providing input on popular dishes and ingredient selections to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning of ingredients to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation during busy service times, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures diligently to ensure perfectly cooked dishes every time.
• Support the overall food service operation by assisting with food prep, plating, and presentation as needed.

Requirements
• Previous experience working as a grill cook or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or food industry setting.
• Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices.
• Proven skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly.
• Experience with menu planning and understanding of fine dining presentation standards is preferred.
• Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking equipment used in grilling.
