Job Description
We are a real estate development firm seeking a Licensed Master Plumber in Philadelphia to partner with us on residential renovation projects.

We provide all labor through our in-house crew. This role is focused strictly on permitting, oversight, and final approvals.

Responsibilities:
• Pull plumbing permits for residential renovation projects
• Provide initial layout guidance and scope review
• Perform periodic site visits at key stages (rough-in, mid-point, final)
• Ensure work is compliant with Philadelphia code
• Complete final connections as needed
• Sign off for inspections and project completion

Important:

This is an active oversight role. We are not seeking passive permit use — you will be involved in reviewing and approving the work.
