• Monday - Friday: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description

• Professional office environment with evening and weekend hours

• Responsible for ensuring safety and security throughout the building

• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to maintain a secure atmosphere

• Conduct regular property and parking lot patrols

• Greet and assist tenants and visitors with professionalism

• Identify and report any safety, maintenance, or security issues

• Secure building access points and complete end-of-shift lock-up

• Maintain detailed activity and incident logs

Requirements

• Previous security or law enforcement experience

• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Dependable, professional, and punctual work habits

• Ability to stay alert and calm during evening and weekend hours
