5 Star Best Plumbing is seeking a Licensed Plumber to join our network as an independent contractor (1099 partner).

Responsibilities
β€’ Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
β€’ Perform advanced plumbing services including:
β€’ Water heater installation & repair (tank & tankless)
β€’ Leak detection and system diagnostics
β€’ Repiping and system upgrades
β€’ General plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
β€’ Ensure all work complies with local codes and regulations
β€’ Communicate with customers, present solutions, and close your own jobs
β€’ Maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction

Requirements
β€’ Valid plumbing license (State of California required)
β€’ Minimum 4+ years of professional plumbing experience
β€’ Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
β€’ Excellent communication and customer-facing (sales) ability
β€’ Ability to work independently and manage workload
β€’ Must have:

β€’ Reliable work truck/vehicle
