Job Title: Pick and Pack Associate

Position Summary

The Pick and Pack Associate is responsible for accurately selecting and packaging customer orders in accordance with company standards. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and a commitment to maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the order fulfillment process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently meets performance metrics related to accuracy and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
• Retrieve items from inventory based on order specifications using handheld scanners or pick lists
• Verify product codes, quantities, and descriptions to ensure order accuracy
• Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit
• Label packages with correct shipping information and documentation
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and packing areas
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues to the supervisor promptly
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
• Meet or exceed daily performance targets for picking and packing
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations a plus
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
