Job Description
We are MTL - a metalworking job shop. Our main product offerings tend to be architectural stairways, railings, fences, canopies, pergolas, commercial buildings and related elements.

A lead fabricator in our company would have minimum 7 years experience with all of the following:
• Managing the safety of yourself and associate/junior fabricators in the shop and in the field
• Delivering results while working with deadlines
• Quality control
• Fitting and assembly
• Welding (all positions, mig/tig/stick, carbon/stainless/al)
• Installing/erection of finished product
• Finishing (grinding/polishing/patina/paint)
• Processing stock lengths of metal into single parts using various machines and tools

And would also possess:
• A valid drivers license and clean driving record
• D1.1 certification
• OSHA30 safety certification

This position also requires the ability to, and lift and carry objects up to 80 lbs, and work at height.
