Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, dependable Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors, tenants, and vendors entering our Class-A office building located in University Park, Texas. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, exceptional customer service, and attention to detail. Must have a complete resume, consistent job history, a clean background, and 3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control access to the building.
• Greet, screen, and direct all visitors and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
• Collaborate with Property Management, tenants, vendors, and visitors to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Operate and monitor building security systems, including surveillance cameras.
• Conduct routine inspections and monitor building activity for safety or security concerns
• Maintain a security log and write incident reports as needed
• Respond promptly to emergencies and follow established protocols
• Support vendor access and deliveries in accordance with building policies

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous security or building concierge experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
• Familiarity with basic security systems (camera monitors, visitor logs, access control)
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check
