Food and Beverage Manager

This role is a key element to the Food and Beverage department with La Colombe D’or Restaurant and Hotel, LLC

MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
β€’ Active participation and preparation of forecast meeting, present and review individual and team sales and event sales goals that are to be met or exceeded.

. In a professional manner, respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours or sooner.
β€’ Follow proper event management procedures for event execution.
β€’ Advise the General Manager of all matters relating to Special Events.
β€’ Attend weekly leadership meetings and discuss monthly projective upcoming events
β€’ Attend Weekly Special Events Meetings will include Director of Events, Chef,

Accountant, Restaurant Manager, Director of Rooms.
β€’ Make on-site field presentations.
β€’ Monitor sales activities/performance to ensure revenue goals meet or exceed established plan and accurately report variance/projections to management
β€’ Ensure that the property is maximizing the use of all company, brand and local LCD programs.
β€’ When in the role of MOD, coaching for team members to drive high levels of performance, job satisfaction, and personal growth.
β€’ Develop and maintain positive relationships with peers, competitors and brand partners.
β€’ Work with marketing team, vendors, and agencies.
β€’ Track and report on all event sales activities for hotel.
β€’ Keep informed of industry news that affects the organization and shares information with team.
β€’ Be an active part of the property management team fostering and developing the LCD hospitality culture.
β€’ Stimulate a friendly, cheerful attitude in his/her conduct with other managers, guests, and fellow associates.

. Manage and direct F&B staff members, coach and counseling as needed and under the LCD policies and regulations.
β€’ Drive product quality and a unique guest experience at every opportunity.
β€’ Ensure that all administrative procedures are in place and functioning effectively.
