Hosts will ensure various guest touch points are regularly sanitized and cleaned. Hosts will engage in friendly conversation when seating guests and introducing the server. Finally, Hosts will manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations and always genuinely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
